- Bookings may be “Instant” or “Request to Book,” depending on the villa’s settings.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details.
4. Payments & Cancellations
- Payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways.
- Travostay may charge a service fee on each booking, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
- Cancellation policies vary per villa and are displayed on each listing. Please review the policy before booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation terms of the property.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the property responsibly and abide by the rules set by the host.
- Any damages caused during the stay must be reported and may result in charges.
- Misuse of the property, causing disturbances, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
6. Host Responsibilities
- Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Hosts must ensure the property is clean, safe, and matches the description provided on the platform.
- Travostay is not liable for any discrepancies or disputes between host and guest, although we strive to support both parties in case of issues.
7. Modifications & Cancellations by Travostay
In rare cases, Travostay reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as overbooking, natural disasters, or safety concerns. In such events, we will provide a full refund or help relocate to an alternate property (if available).
8. Liability Disclaimer
Travostay is a facilitator and not the owner or manager of any property. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings. We are not responsible for:
- Injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
- Actions or negligence of hosts or guests.
- Events outside our control (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and visuals on Travostay’s platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without prior written permission.
